trial problem

im at my friends house rite now and when we download the trial version it works untill we open the game and a error comes up and says...................A Problem Occurred Initializing DirectDraw. Hardware Acceleration Maybe Disabled, Please Run DXDIAG
anyone know how to fix this and make it run correctly???

Ok, first, goto Start, Run and type in dxdiag.
A box with alot of tabs will come up, run each test and see if there are any problems.
