sppf ... HOW DO I APPLY TO THE MAP????

alright, what i want to know is how to apply a sppf to a map. people have told me to use super ppf o matic but i cant find it. so if you do use sppf o matic then please send me a link. if that is not the way to do it, can someone show me how to do it please.
