GBX Model Importer

I am using Gmax version 3 and it seems that I cannot open any script which is said to be compatible with it. I made a custom weapon and I tried to import an energy sword using James D's gbx model importer. When I clicked runscript> gbxmodelimporter, I got this error and the script failed to run. The same happened to me when I tried to run chimp.

Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
