How to do a LAN

My question is how do you start up a lan with two comps a cross overcable and halo ce.

Not sure, just try starting a server, I think you can do it through a network hub like a router.

I never tried, becuase Ive never had anyone else in my family who wants to play halo.

I live with a pack of girls.

Not 100% Sure but connect the cross-over cable into the PC's then make sure all other network connections are closed, open halo create a lan game and it should work

i think it would work if u have them connected together so u would jsut have to mess around with it until you find something that works
