downloading errors

when i try to download halo custom edition it doesnt work. it stays on 99% forever and then this screen pops up that says " the server has been reset." whats going on, why cant i donwload it? can anyone send me a good download?

Try finding a torrent of it and download it that way.

no it still doesnt work. i downloaded it on a different computer and brouyght them to this one but when i click the file it says "halocustomedition_en_1.00.exe is ot a valid win32 application." whats going on?
