Intro help pls

Ok heres the problem i'm having. I made a H2 intro and posted it here in the downloads section its a .bik file and its called intro_60.bik and it's 23 mb's or so. When i get it to my xbox it asks if id like to overwrite the original then i click yes. Then when i load H2 a Loading screen comes up then it just goes to the Main Menu. The original file works does anyone know why mine doesn't?

I used RAD vid tools to convert it to .bik.

i get the same problem but ive tried like 20 differrent intros and the only one that works is the original halo 2 intro

This is the first time it's happened to me actually, it works with other intros for some reason.
