OBJconverter problem

I downloaded OBJconverter, and all it had were files that my pc wouldn't open.

Do I need a certain program to open it with?

I am using PC, not a mac.

Please help.

What exactly are you doing, please provide names of specific files.

I unzip the .rar file, and it comes up with a folder. It has some ReadME files and another folder, in THAT folder it has files and more folders.

the files are:
-OBJconverter REadme
-.DS_Store (the file type is called DS_Store file)
-another DS_Store
-ANOTHER DS_Store (all DS_Store files are in separate folders)
-OBJconverter (file type = file)(windows can't open it)
-HXRuntime (file type = file)

Isn't there suposed to be an .exe file or something?
Can someone provide the download link where the download is not corrupt or anything? Just to see if the downloaded file was missing anything.
