Flood skin?

How do I make elites or something turn into flood or any other character?

download hht

then go to the actv list go to the character u want to change
go to bipd on left panel near bottom of the window you will see a drop down box that says bipd followed by bipd name click on that and change it to what you want
Your image can't exceed 500x120 or 75kb
