cant open ADI 2.0

every time i try to open ADI 2.0
it says:
applicationhas generated an exception thatcould not be handled
process id=0xfff07d89(-1016439), Thread id=0xfff2c729(-866519).

click OK to terminate the application
click cancel to debug the application

when i press cancel it says:
Register JIT debugger is not available. an attemt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted an error of 0x2 (2)

cordbg.exe !a 0xfff0789

click retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
click on cancel to abort the JIT debug request
