Halo:CE/PC - Is it possible to make a weapon shoot out...

Is it possible for any weapon to shoot out characters other than Master Chief? I was planning on having a rocket launcher shoot out elites but I'm not sure if that possible. If it is possible to have a weapon shoot out an elite, can somebody please give me a brief tutorial as to how i can do so? Thanks.

-Edit..I was also wondering for the custom map - Relic..if I can make a weapon shoot out watch towers..and if so..what the tag name is for the watch tower so I can swap projectiles.

On the character shooting thing, it's the same as if you want to shoot MC's, but instead of the MC's data being copied over to the projectile, it's whatever character you want to be shot.

I have no clue about the watch towers.

You will have to import any of the pplz u want into the map u want them on. I made on my map marines shoot out.
