WHY RCON!!! WHY!!!!!

im pi**ed!! i made a halo ce dedicated server not too long ago, and i know how to get rcon pw, but i enter an rcon command like, rcon *my pw* sv_players, just to see if its active, and it says rcon is DISABLED!!! please tell me how to actiate rcon!!! thank u

well u have to enable a password then type sv_rcon_password then the password

now i have a question for YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
will the rcon work on other computers???????

You gotta enable it first.

For example, if you go to your server, don't just type rcon yourpassword then a command, you have to give it a password. Before you do anything, make sure you enable RCON by typing rcon_password blahblahpassword.
