Halo Installation Error

Hi guys, I need help with installing halo. I have installed it many time before but this time when im at 95%, it says ''Error trying to install putput.map, please make sure you have enough hard drive space and that this file is not and use.'' And i made sure of that and everythings fine!!! Then i tried to install it again but it says the same thing! its annoying and i can't play halo. Please some one help. Thx.
