Problems with Halo 2 modding

When I make it so that i can jump higher, i try it out, and it does not work, and also when i try to make it so i can shoot the mc's out of the plasma pistol, it says the meta is larger than that of the original one. Can someone help me plz.

For the second problem you have to change the proj dependancy of the plasma pistol weapon to bipd - Mastercheif
There are many tut's floating about on this subject
