wtf is going on with all halo modding programs? HMT, XInject, and HHT all say the same thing whenever i try to start them, even when all the files are in the same folder. They all say

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application.

this is startin to really piss me off. what do i do?

Do you have .net installed?

now that i did, it just says C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

im having that exact same problem. i did download .net and it says the same thing his says adn i reinstalled it and it says the same thing. can anyone help?
