map rebuild

Ok I rebuilt timberland. Then I pasted in to my maps folder. Then when I start up halo it gives me an exception error. I don't think there's anything wrong with the file because I can open it up in HMT and it will have the newly added stuff. How do I fix this? And if I can't or if someone has nothing better to do could someone please rebuild me timberland(halo pc) with a marine in it. not an armored one. Just a marine. And is there any way to duplicate weapons so that I could have a pistol with two different model on the same map.
