Model: my first building

Since I'm a complete newbie to 3ds, but not to cad I made this model in Autocad and exported it to 3ds. What do you guys think about it? Can someone put it on some simple map for me to see if everything is ok with this model? I was thinking about doing something more complicated, but I'd like to make sure first that models done the way I doing it will export correctly into a map.

you could build a box map in gmax and try it yourself, its not entirely difficult if you follow kirk4's tutorials.

It looks like you got it from a Sega Saturn game when wiewed from that 45 degree angle.

Well I was curious, so I decided to make that building into a piece of scenery... And to my suprise, it actually works! GJ Voytek. Here are the tags and a picture of the base from Sapien.

please dont bump old topics...but to stay on topic...its a great base and looks much better now that its in sapien
