Yes, it is a little too blurry. I had the original at 640x480, and I fixed it up as best as I could (which isn't a whole lot; I'm a nublet at Photoshop filters). Well, suffer :p. You can fix it up with the skills I lack.
There's not much you can do really in the .PSD if you want to customize it; it's meant to be like Halo 3, not anything else.
Anyway ...
.PSD contains RBG and Alpha channels.
Be sure to credit if you actually use it.
