Tag: Delimiter, Actv & Actr

Hey guys, I spent a lot of time working on these tags, so put em to good use. They're bots with a Master Chief model, they use sniper rifles, travel together, and use grenades like pro's. I couldn't really think of any other name, so I made one up, hope you like 'em
To be worked on/added later:
- Bot Melee
- Bots to help MC (I think this is determined through their spawn settings)
- Bot Drivers
- Bot Guard Paths (partially worked out)
Feel free to pick these apart, my only wish is that you post any new findings or features in this thread. Enjoy![/list]
Edit: If my week goes okay I might be inclined to make a tutorial on bots and how to spawn/respawn them. (Might even be a video-tut)

The tags are for Guerilla. I'll go through the run-down on how to spawn bots with 'em through vehicles, or the basic way. Put the two tags into your tags folder, I used tags/ai. Open up the ghost_mp.vehicle tag, and scroll down to the seats area. Go down a bit to the "built-in gunner" part, and just put the actv in the textfield. Bam, you're good to go. Now just place a few ghosts, compile, and flip 'em over to see their true agression. Be careful, they're very easy to kill (Health wise! skillfully they're gods!) so be careful when flipping them. I'll make a video tutorial on respawning bots before this weekend, and let me tell you, it's a lot better. This should answer most of your general questions, so have fun.

does halos(ce) net code support bots?

yes haloce's netcode does support bots.. still theres the issue of lag.
and Aztec, respawning bots arnt that hard.. lol making bot squads of different teams is fun a hell *remembers never-ending botwar*(lol)
still, im sure most ppl would like the tut, and gj on the AI, dammit i shouldnt have wasted my time making mine myself
EDIT: To make bots help MC, set their squad's team index to 0 (default by unit) they will be on ur side (if u checked the gets into vehicles with player box in the actor tag then they get into vehicles as passengers and gunners.. kinda feels like Singleplayer when u start off with a squad of bots that have moving points towards the enemy bots and u have a warthog and they get in.. damn fun messing around with AI in HaloCE

No, they don't work through gameplay. It just isn't supported. Although sometimes it seems like they do

i talked to someone that works in bungie, and he was answering questions in a chat, and i asked if the netcode for multiplayer bots was going to be fixed, AND HE SAID YES!!!!!

K what? What version of pokemon is this for? I opened up Crystal and looked in my files and checked the whole game files of my rom and couldn't find the level files or map files... How would i put this on my pokemon!
