Halo 2 atv (bbfbadbrad's i just fixed up his old model)

hey this is my 3rd model and i decided to FINALLY release the older model of the atv that bbfbadbrad gave me. The back suspension is put in the the wheels are an ENORMOUS polycount, (as you can see in bbfbadbrad's newer atv)

Looks more like a quad bike, cool though...any textures?
Did he give you permisson?

this was his old model. he let me fix it up because he made the frame out of a sphere. i fixed it up the frame and added back suspension but i give full credit to bbfbadbrad for getting me hooked on it. no there arent any textures out for it but if someone would could they please make a skin and post it back in here.

Suspension uses about 18 sided cylinders, so this is rediculously high polygon, and you have lots of overlapping polygons.
The model does look nice though, but it will never go in game unless you give it some major optimization.

I would, but I need someone to scale it and rotate it to the same poportions (a little smaller actually) to the Warthog, and export it as a .obj, and i'll go ahead and import this into Halo PC...

haha wow the wheels look so high poly
my team has gotten a model with 22,000+ polys ingame with no lag what so ever
i cant say what it was becuase its a secret for our new vietnam map and also we are replacing it with a 6,000 poly model but it still worked

Ever gotten a 25,000 Indices/150,000 Indice model into halo?

Its just sad.. blame Destroyer, the stinking plane I injected was bigger than death island...
So, can someone post a .obj model of this?

Can't in PC, but prolly can in CE. Though, we don't have to fix the overlapping poly problem, so the physics can make the vehicle shake and bounce.

ok one thing its too narrow
make it wider and try to lowere the polly count in the wheels
i might go ahead and do this myself

lmfao he mant it doesnt look like the halo 2 atv... thats how flame wars get started so shush models good jus doesnt look to much like the halo 2 one
