To import it, just import in max, and flip all of the normals. Here is it in .3ds format, and a quick render. This is probably the best battle rifle (and damn there are alot) i have seen, would look awesome with a very simple skin. There are a few minor errors, there needs to be some polygons created on the handle's underneat, give me a sec and i will fix it.
Ok fixed it. Can't be assed to take another render.

i see no render

I was creating the render, then i uploaded the file, and i think i clicked on send rather than attach, so i was waiting for the render to finish.

It has good geometry, topology in it is ok. Im not going by how much it looks like the halo 2 BR, because you missed some details off the scope for that, that is the only criticism i have, the scope. Also i think the part the scope rests on splits into 2.

its not H2 (idk if thats what u wanted) but its a good model either way

y is it not halo 2?
