:twisted: this is my latest model of one of my build it your self models. its done just not skined cuase i cant find unwrap 3d. i made it with two diffrent looks hope you dont mind. im currently working on the shelby series 1.

It's not bad...I always have trouble with those "built from scratch" models...too many vertices or indices.

great model, one thing, seeing as i dont own a countach, it could really be like this, but is the spoiler like that, with sorta a point in the middle?

no the spoiler is supposed to be flat... i dunno why its curved down in the middle like that. i dont own one either but i know these things :D

its not curved down its flat i dont know why it looks like that tho. i had to double check to make sure it was flat

it looks like that because it looks like you have 2 seperate meshes for making up the top of the spoiler, so the gap between the meshes makes it not look flat. The window looks bent, although that could be the box mapping on it. Also, i would suddgest detaching the doors as seperate meshes, this is so u can give em a cool animation (or someone else can) cauz they open cool! Also, try and get the rims on it to look like the real lamborghini countache, tht would look cool...

Also, your windows are too big to the pictures I have seen.

Also, do you plan on modeling the interior?

ok Mr. Perfecto it is only something i do on my free time. and i dont expect it to be perfect. and adding wheels when i made it for halo. you cant have wheels attached to the hull. they are separate. the only reason i made it is for some one to add to there mod. if you want to do the intior have fun, i started to do it but then well my comp crashed again so i didnt do that, but you people can. just give me some credit, i dont care what you do to it.

p.s. i scaned my model lamborgini in for refrence so i know the windows arnt to big. another thing why do you have to put me down i have enogh things to worry about. try to give them some kind of good remark that way they will do better on the next one they do.

looks nice, and just wondering, how many whatevers it got? as i see peopel always ask....cuz i made a kick ass convertable car....but it has over 14k polys(?)

and i know the recomended is 10k lol

well im not sure how many but i can easly fit in the warthogs place on the xbox version of halo the only problem tho is that it says, (to many subobjects). if you can fix that good job.

I just took a look at those car models, nice...

I could probably use them for my map, Vertigo City...

Destructible scenery, like the ones on Halo 2, those cars could still be a little more rounded, but hey, they don't look bad, not bad at all
