WTF man. how can everyone love this model when none of the details are really modelled. also the texture needs to be messed with. i really think you need to model the safety knob switch thing. it's too plain. just the general shape without any details modelled in. it completely relies on the texture to look like a desert eagle. also it's way too blocky. it's okay. i can tell that most people here are r used to terrible models. if you look beyond the bitmap it looks like there's about 50 vertices or something. and i can tell that it can't be that great of quality if you can pump 3 of them out in a week. it takes me about a week to model something really good. and i'm using gmax. the fricking scaling doesnt work for one single axis only all of them. hpe that helped.

dude...my models are supposed to be low poly...& i use my own techniques for modeling-it's so simple & very fast...& it's just a wip-i haven't added the sights or nobs on any of my guns yet...

okay. it's still not incredible but it's so much better. also the bitmaps are much more ummmm hard to say but they look much better now. uv unwrapping and be one bitch of a job. nice job. just add on a few more details and you're done.
