Sorry for the wait but i finally got it up
All the programs you need to start mapping in one "nice & neat" download. The AIOLP includes,
-Hek setup
-Halo CE setup
-Hekplus1.0.3.0
-HMT v3.5
-Halo Map Version Converter
-all of the video tutorials
-links to 3ds max and paintshop pro X
-desert_island
-Blitzkreig for 3ds max 6-8
-HHTv5.0
-a command prompt that starts in your halo CE directory
-hex workshop 30 day trial
You must have Halo PC to get Halo CE. The reason i didn't include 3ds max and paintshop with it is because they are coppywrited. (I think this is the right forum to post this in)

i dont know whether its just me, but i cant open halo CE maps with hmt. Do i have an old version or something? its annoying me cos i dont know how to export skins, and when i use HEK i get useless .bitmap files.
HELP

get HMT 3.5 then the converter from halomaps.org to change the map file so it can be used in HMT 3.5. But i got some bad news for you, you can't use HMT for skining CE

FINALLY! hopefully i can finally start to make maps for CE
EDIT: download stopped at 20% for me
ill just download all the stuff seperate thanks anyways at least i tried

Yah thats one thing about filefront, can upload a trillon gigabytes of data, but the servers are unreliable.
