Hi, i decided i would make a Gimp tutorial for those who dont know how to use gimp, and dont have photoshop. To let all of you know who dont know what gimp is, Gimp is a free photo editing program that has the exact same elements as photoshop, although it doesnt have everything photoshop does, Gimp is a powerful tool and can make beutiful pieces of work. (So if you learn how to use this you wont have to go through..eherm.... "illegal" ways to make your skins and signatures, and you dont have to buy Gimp :D)

heres what you will need for this tutorial :

The Render I Used For The Sig:

The Program Itself:

The Brushes Used To Make the Background (in the tutorial i didnt record where brushed so just try to copy it the best you can or just make your own background) (oh and in the tutorial i told you i didnt supply the brushes but i found them )

And Finally the Tutorial Itself:

Downloading.....
This should help a lot.

EDIT
I finally got to the tutorial after some browsing. The temporary files were deleted from my PC and I have to wait 40 minutes to re-download. Please use another host.

Im not sure where to ask this, but is there a plugin or patch available to open dds files (saved textures from HMT editor) for gimp? Or should i look for a file that converts dds files to more accessible files?
