Misc: Unlock 1-2 GB On Your HDD

To remove that file, go to Control Panel, select Performance and Maintenance, Power Options, Hibernate tab, and uncheck the Enable hibernation box. apply it, and you will see a difference in the disk space

You can also disable the stupid Restore Points that XP uses to free up space. WARNING: DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU ARE EXPERT USER AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!

yes uncheck the system restore.it helps prevent viruses and give you much GB back

aww but i like puting my computer in hibernation lol...
hmm... i think 500 gigs of space will last me a while though...
