This is a pretty easy just follow the steps and you will get it right the first time!
Start with Black and White
Filter>Render>Clouds
Then
Filter>Brush Strokes>Accented Edges
Settings are-
2
48
5
Then
Filter>Pixelate>Mosiac
Cell Size 5
Then
Filter>Brush Strokes>Accented Edges
Settings are-
2
48
5
Now your done, go add some things that you want on it and you have a perfectly good computer chip sig!
Thats how mine turned out.

Sweet! Nice tutorial for a couple of reasons:
1. Easy to follow, even for an idiot!
2. It doesn't take forever to do.
3. The end-result is awesome.
good job, very nice.

In your profile under signature. Put the image location inside of IMG tags. It will look like this:

You can't use local files. You have to host your image on an image hosting site such as
ImageShack, then use the online location in the [IMG] tags.
