PC: Begginer - Warthog Skin Parts Identification

The following pictures will show you where every single part of the warthog skin goes on the warthog model. All except for the wheels, and interior. Cuz the wheels are a no brainer and the interior is just as easy.


This is the main picture of what the skin looks like when opened in a program. I numbered all the pieces and color coded them to help with the loacting of parts. The pictures below this are in-game shots that are numbered to match the skin.

#28 & #24 are together. They both go in the same part of the hog.


#33 is part of 18


#31 & #32 are unknown. I've looked top to bottom and can't find a visable spot for these pieces. I would assume they belong to a neighboring piece.


The big white object is nothing, it's empty space.


Note: The white line seen on the hog between section #'s 17 & 1 shows the rough boundry between these two parts. This is useful in lining up a design so it flows from front 2 back.

Wow, I can tell you took ALONG time and alot of thought into this, great tutorial..I would say move to tutorial section.

Is it sad that I have to refer back to this cuz I forgot which part was which after a year+ ?

Lol naaahhh, this is one of the most helpful 'tutorials' I've ever seen on this site in regards to beginner skinning. I used to use it all the time when I made skins.
