*USE PHOTOSHOP FOR THIS TUT*

here is somethin that i learned by fusing a tut that i read with some

experimenting, it turned out pretty good

1. open a new file, and set width to 400 pixels and height to 100 pixels.

2. go to Filter>Render>Difference Clouds

2-2. (oops! forgot a step) go to Filter>distort>wave
use these settings:
generators: 220
wavelength: 38 (for both)

3. go to Filter>Artistic>Neon Glow
apply these settings:
Glow size: 24
Glow Brightness: 15
*Set color to a bright red

4. go to Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic
put cell size as 3

5. press Ctrl+U (or go Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation)
use these settings:
Hue: *whatever you want!*
Saturation: 100 is reccommended
Lightness: i went with -30

and, here is the result:

Note: on step 2, try changin the first generators and wavelengths to get different effects.

hey, this is my first tut, so tell me what u think.

Edit: here's somethin else i made with the tut:
