FTP-ing In Internet Explorer

Heres how to FTP using Internet Explorer:

In the adress bar type in: ftp:// " Ip Here"

Afeter you do that it will say you need a password. Go to File Login As and insert xbox as username and xbox as password. There you go it is MUCH faster than like Flash FXP. NOte I triend to transfer XBMC in FLASH FXP took over an hour in Internet Explorere took less than a minute. Try it and I hope this tutorial helped some ppl out.
