Run This Program And Point It To Your Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Directory
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Plug-Ins\File Formats

Now To Get Started you need to put your shared.map and The Map Your Wanting to skin, in a place where you can find it. Next Open Dot halo. Open Your Map Your wanting to skin. open the bitm and fine the dds file you want to change. click on it and a Box will pop up with the picture of what it is. Press extract and save it where you can find it. Look at the top of the box and it should say dxt1, dxt2/3 or dxt4/5 remember what it is youll need it later. Close Dot Halo.

Open Up Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and open the dds file(the one we extracted). Change what you want about the dds and go to File/Save.
Then it will come up with another box at the top it will say dxt...something, anyways select the drop down menu and choose what it was in dothalo,(the One I Told You To Remember) select it and press save.

Close Adobe Photoshop 7.0
And open Dot halo.
open your shared.map
find the file you extracted in dot halo it will look like it was before you skinned it. underneath the picture click inject and select the dds file you skinned. then click Fix Encryption(the button in the far right corner of the main Box) it will come up with another box that says new encryption, click ok. exit out of dot halo.

Open bitmap internalizer Select the map you are wanting to skin. then find the dds file once agian for the third time select the drop down menu at the bottem right of the program and select 1 click internalize and it will ask for shared.map find it and click ok then wait.

It will complete then close out of bitmap internalizer.
open dot halo agian and open the map you wanted to skin click fix encryption and exit out of dot halo.

Ftp the map to your xbox and walla
