How do you get it? I've built multiple reactors but I never get the option in an air pad. Is it somewhere else?

You have to be playing as the Professor, then you'll get a research option in the air-pad. It will replace the Hornet

The HAWK is a super unit so its pretty powerful; I like them

Its good, but I think compared to the other special units its not too great. But then again, you don't have to spend nearly as much money to get them because of the Professor's money special

And they only cost 2 units, compared to the grizzly which still costs 3 units.
