looks like all you did was turn on the glowing edges affect on photoshop...

i zoomed in 1600% and outlined my LEDs w/ pen and made them green... not a cheapy

Well for starters, get the first 2 pictures off of here.
Overall it looks okay in game, but it is a little sloppy in some points.
The speckles look to be a pattern?

why remove the first 2?
yes, the speckles are a carbon fiber pattern i made... i made two layers of the metal w/ the pattern, one all black, set it to overlay the bottom one... giving it that darker look...

That's what I thought, I think I'd like the speckles (carbon fiber texture) to be a bit less visible but that's just me.

i can reduce the texture, sure
and i will remove the first 2
EDIT: Here it is w/o texture...
But I think it looks much better in the DARK...

to be honest, looks horrible. i made some similar skins but i made the rest of the cheif darker. take a look at this.

now that you toned down the pretty lights and convinced me that you didnt just use a single filter then released it, i kinda like it
