[SKIN][MOD] Let It Snow! (UPDATED!!!)
The ring has freezed over, simple as that.
UPDATE!!! Grassy patches GONE.
It snows.
The vehicles kick up snow behind them.
All needed effects are injected into the .map
SKINNED:
Warthogs, tanks, shotguns, pistols, rocket launchers, flags, and the AR.
ALSO: The Halo at the menu, and the Map Icon in the menu.

okay um...not difficult and quality is valued over quantity also If your going to make it snowy I suggest changeing the mask so you don't have grass everywhere...this is kinda like my first mod but with out more skins and some other stuff but i mean i guess 5/10 for wasting 5 mins you could have been planning something that shows your potentional I guess not seeing much in these mods sry hope you don't take this the wrong way...

its a PPF.
Here, lemmie explain.
My original bitmaps have the shader pack
I made a duplicate of my bitmaps.map
I changed textures on one .map.
The PPF Master takes the changed data from the .map
So basically, theres only the skinned textures in the PPF.
Nothing else.
