(Skins) Shiny Water & a new "FROM SCRATCH" san

not much 2 say here
the sand is from scratch meaning the document was white when i started so its basicaly my first from scratch skin. srry i 4got 2 mention that.
i will perfec the water without the use of a plastic wrap filter k guys cuz im still workin on it

O_o cool. but i dont see much of a difference on the sand work on that and some more skinning and you might be qualified for our mod team.. MAYBE..

Lol. He's obsessed with that filter. It looks nice, but it's the effort that makes it looks better.. 7/10 and next plastic wrap filter will probably get a 5 or 6/10.

I was thinking next plastic wrap filter should be illegal...They dont make it shiny at all! If you want to make a good skin with photoshop actually put effort into it...Not just filter/whatever/plastic wrap. 2/10. Even changing hue/saturation looks better...

If that texture doesn't fluxuate and flow, I don't like it.

It won't due to the fact that it's for non-shader cards, and I'm quite sure that the animation of it moving is a shader. (I haven't fired up Halo PC forever...)
