I just wanted to do something funny.
TO INJECT THE SKIN, DRAG THE PICTURE IN THE DOWNLOAD TO Flags(both) BITMAPS USING HMT. [Under The bitm tag (weapon/flag/bitmaps/blue)] or sumptin like that and the same for red.

This was really easy.
