[MOD] Crazy Vehicles (PPF VERSION YAY!!!)

I just got my PPF master working (thanks to shadowkhas) and Made this mod into a PPF.
Turns every vehicle on BG into Crazy-Cukoo-Deathmachines
(exept the rockethog).

EDIT!!!!!
Theres a bug in the mod.
You start out with no weapons thats the bug.
Ill work it out soon.
