With Halo 3 coming closer, my mod Factory coming to a screeching halt, and 3volved being nearly done, I decided to start on my next application that I plan on creating for Halo 3.

This is the Halo 3 Emblem Generator!

Right now, there is no Halo 3 emblem code on the website at the moment, at least not that I know of...
So it runs off of the beta emblems.

There will be no release of this until a little while after Halo 3 comes out, when I beat the campaign, have a lot of fun with Forge, and decode the emblem code.

but for now, I thought I would show off the sweet new UI custom made, and totally ready for Halo 3's emblems.

I'm guessing this is just the same old thing, using Bungie's URL and manipulating it, right? I certainly hope not.

I like the new GUI.
I never used the H2EG so I don't know if it's the same UI or what.

This isn't for the Halo 3 beta. It won't be released until I can get the codes for the Halo 3 emblems. Right now, the images you see there are running off of the Halo 3 beta emblem code. No release until after Halo 3 comes out, when it can actually be created without the Halo 3 beta code as a placeholder.

No, its a completely different UI. The old one you would pick your colors and shapes through lists that only told you what they were, as opposed to showing you what they are.

Basically, the H2/H3beta emblem generator, I was very lazy on. This one I am putting much more effort into.

Yeah, it'd be cooler if it just calculated gradients and stuff locally.
Not to say it doesn't look fine and dandy right now...
