It's basically the Brutes' version of a Shotgun...dual weildable too. Looks pretty accurate from what I can tell...get a skin on that. ;p

It looks really good, the only thing though is that the blade actually comes down more, and is a little more rounded. Just look at the spartan duel wielding and look at the mauler. http://www.1up.com/do/minisite?cId=3161338

His mesh is barely, if any, less detailed than the true model. As a matter of fact, it is ridiculously similar to Bungie's model.

I agree with tural >_> he just turned off smoothing...
I'm a moron at modeling and I'm impressed with this... Although now that I've had some practice on... something... I believe I could model it with similar accuracy... It amazes me how helpful the tuts online can be.

note the skin might suck so don't be exspecting anything good. im still a bit new at making skins. i got a few requests too.

1. is there a link to a 3ds max 8 installer? all i have is 3ds max 9 and there is no jma(for animation) avaible for it.

2. good vid of the mauler reload, melee, or firing.

After looking, I am convinced you modeled this based on the leaked picture, considering how accurate it is and the fact that there are no public images of decent angles and sizes.

a friend gave me a pic so i don't know if it's leak or not. and tried ghost script.
