You create two JMSes and compile them, and connect them both to the same .scenario
I agree, the blue one looks interesting. =)

Attach them in 3ds max >.<
If you want the people to be able to go back and forth from the box canyons, they wont be able to go through the wire on the bottom.

lol, wow, I barely remembered my password for my halomods account haha.
lol @ 3rd reply.
1st off...
if you wanted to attached both, you would go into editable mesh on either of the box map crreation things you got there, then click attach, then click the other box map thing, and wollah both shud become the same object...
Then if you want them to be connected, I suggest you go find a good tutorial on welding or somthing like that... cuz I'm not taking the time to explain that.
As for the terrain its self, its all one smoothing group... and I could make somthing simillar in about 10 seconds.

Just decided to stop by.
Sorry halomods, I don't mean to hate, it's just some of you don't have a clue what you're talking about, and that upsets me.
I'd really suggest

Maybe try to go more in depth as to what style of terrain you are creating. If you need help just google for images or boot up a game for reference. I suggest booting up a game since you can look at the reference materials from all angles. Example, for a map I'm making for Halo 2 vista, I booted up Oblivion for some terrain reference, then just modeled accordingly:

Just because I think something is almost a lost cause, doesn't make me immature. Try using logic; it helps. And I said 'kid' as I'd assume I'm older, most of the members here other than mods and admins, and oldschool modders are like 15 or so. Not a sign of immaturity either.
Back ton topic, ds8, have a look around at some photos of mountains and such and try... randomise your terrain a bit. At the moment it just looks a bit TOO neatly arranged to be natural, know what I mean?
Anyways... I may as well check back here every now and then and try help some people out. I was in a rather bad mood when I made my first post.
[EDIT]: Whoah... major cleanage.
Anyways, yeah. Try randomise it a bit and make the mountains' shape more natural-looking, and you'll have something far better.
