The base glow light things are awesome man.
You should have a different shape at each base.

Looks good ... theres just something about this one that i dont like though.. Dont get me wrong It looks AMAZING but it is missing something.

looks good, but way too big, odds are 16 people will never play this at the same time and if they do it will be at a lan party casue xbc and kai suck with 16 people. but like i said i love the mad, just make it smaller, it will still be alot of fun with it sized down.

Hmm. it isnt that big at all that it looks.
but ill take a look at my concept sheet and reformat it .

i'm saying this only by looking at pictures then comparing to the last aerial. the last one i foung to be too big, not in circumfrence but the fact that there were a couple levels to it so if i was in a banshee and someone was on the ground they could easily just camp and wait. also it took forever to run from one side to the other.

i forget... i'll be one tomorrow i have to design a website for work and i'm learning CSS so i'll be on like all day tomorrow. still think it's really big though

Wow the glowing base color things are awesome. This looks alot better than the first one wasn't that fun unless you wanted to fly in the pelican than get out and let everyone fall to their death. But this one looks alot funner and good for CTF can't wait to download it in a few days.

Outstanding!
The base light is a nice addition.
As well as the AA weapon.
My suggestions would be to add some kind of stationary, undestructble AA weapon.
Either one in the middle, or one at each base to prevent other teams to completly vehicle dominate, or maybe both places.
My idea for the turret in the middle would be a "fun" turret, it could be placed on some kind of platform above the ring of light.
The projectiles for this turret, should be so slow they could be outrun by boosting or by evading (not boring slow though),
but they would have som much homing, they would track the target untill it was destroyed. The rate of fire should be low.
The base turrets should have higher rate of fire, not target tracking, but the projectiles should be deadly on impact.
It should be balanced enough to keep spawn campers away.
About the spawn points, i say the base should be the spawnpoint.
Like red team always spawn on read base, yellow team spawn on yellow base etc etc.
This is an air mod, so the closer you are to the vehicles the more fun it is.
I don't even know if its possible to determine the team spawns, or if you already made it.
Also a little addition, if it's possible, yellow/golden banshee projectiles :)
I think it will fit the map design.
