[WIP] Covie Jungle

ok this is my first
real mod, excluding my log mod several months ago.
so here it is, its for HPC bloodgulch. it has a jungle/swampy feel to it, im still working on the fog but there is a lot of pmied stuff in there including wraiths and trees and a lot of covie scenery. also all the MC's are green (blue and red team) so they kinda blend in and only the green arrows show who is one ure team or not. (and its not a skin either)
alright here are the pics
i plan on making another mod like this, maybe even a version 2, and ill think more about what to pmi, i already have regrets about this one, but ive come too far to start over so whatever....

yea looks good, but the base looks too...bright. Maybe change the lighting there?

yea it is bright in the 3rd pic, unless i make the starting distance for the fog 1 and u would be able to see much infron of u. so u will have to have a ring of "light" around u. that is the original lighting from bloodgulch, is there a way to change it? in phenom's sky plugin i put all the light stuff to 0 except the fog (because im using that) but i still get that light.

k thanks, but my photoshop trial is up so i cant use photoshop.....what else can i use?

ok even thoguh i already had a CS2 trial on my computer i got it to work again. i guess u can just keep downloading the prgram agian and again. soooo, i changed the lightmaps and saved them as dxt 1 no alpha. HMT told me that it needed to be dxt 1. so i changed it to dxt 1 1 bit alpha and it said it needed to be dxt 1. so i changed it to dxt 3 and it told me it needed to be dxt 2 or dxt 3. i was like wtf?!?!?!?~!?~ anyways im sure someone knows what im doin wrong and obviously id like to know

ummm i havent really thoguht about a beta release yet, im still working on teh "blue" side in sparkedit. i hope it can accomodate all the scenery though and not just dissappear. but if i do beta ill release it in teh pc forum and maybe have a scheduled game for a bunch of people but u can still test it on ure own (have fun trying to find that scarab gun!!). i get out of school tomorrow so ill be able to work on it a lot more
