An idea ran through my head. A helmetless MC!

His head seems a tad bit small.

No, he's not. It's all scaled to the right size, remember that he's wearing armor and is fairly larger than a marine.
Edit: That's not how I pictured him either, and that's just a marine head replacing it... Ill make a nice skin to go along.

Yeah, he's right about the armor thing. Nice idea.

Wrong.
He has red hair, is super pale from having a lack of light exposure, and has freckles.

Veegie, did you not read my 2nd post on this topic. I said that it's just a marine head, that i'll do the new skin soon and by the way.. if you didn't know. Freckles go away when you're older. But yes, he's pale because of lack of light exposure.

Freckles do not always go away when you're older.
It comments on them several times in the book when he is older.
I don't care if you said you used a marine head, you're depicting a helmetless Masterchief, and it is wrong. That simple.

Wait.. does MC with Freckles really make sense?
If freckles usually go away with age, and freckles form with exposure to the sun, then how does MC have freckles if there is no exposure to light?

Probably light from when he was a kid.

Yeah, I guess.

Take it up with the author. After you do, then come here to argue.

He wasn't captured until the age of 6 or so.

Oh right. I just looked at fall of reach, a good skin will be created in a minute, if I can find some stock photography.
