Surprisingly, something hit me hard today, mentally, and in a good way. I suddenly WANTED to work on my modifications (been lazy), so I spanked up the HEK and HEK+, restored my DBCE data, and I've been on a slight animation and effects roll Good for me, I hope!
This was basically done by piecing together some older Halo Effects, modifying them, and whammy, cool blue addon, much more coming. I also have some changed/newer animations (no screenies, some probs).
Yes, I know, the HUD, a little decompiling problem with HEK+
It's way too powerful, but I'm toning it down so it only happens when you kick someone full throttle (half-way done)
BOOM, blasts in both directions, shockwave effect (from wraith shot, that thing owned), and more
In terms of the actual gameplay, I'm seriously trying to tweak it a LOT! From flying instead of Q-damage-effect-lunges, and other stuff, yea. Not complete yet, but the look is coming out awesome! Once that is done, time for the style.

WOW O_O THIS is a well cool mod , the only thing is, that guy lights up way to hard even when you're not powering up
if you finish this mod that would be so totaly ownage !

It's Goku, powered by Kaioken. I decided to use that instead of a Super Saiyan Goku, because in the first test when he was, it was wayyy too bright and flashy
I've added some Combo-Kicking-Punching stuff, very buggy for now, but it's coming through, slowly
HUD is also a little better now.

I've been thinking about what to make for it, but it just might be a standard effect, bright out, or something else. A lot of DB Mods have cool Kamehameha waves, but they're too...not cool looking haha

uhh he cant inless they both have same anims?
i was saying that it looks good even for me hateing it, it isnt spam.
