{WIP} HCME :::UPDATE:::
HCME stands for something that halo modders have been trying to edit for years. Halo Collison Model Editor!!!! Ive been working on this for about 4 months, so far all i have gotten so far in the program is
An easy to use UI
Collision Tag and Collision tag editing
3D Collision modification!!!!!!!!!!
The 3d has 4 easy buttons verticie select, move, rotate, and scale.
Now the 3d modification is messing around with my head because right now im having trouble with the 3d preview becasue sometimes when modifing I get some error and then the model looks like it hasnt been decrpped and then it does not responding if i try to move anyhthing. Dont ask for a release date people im still hard at work!!!

also in the future im gonna try to work on material face selction where u can assing material effects to the collison

As youll see i have added a depednedcy swapper.
Also this is showing the saving porgress.
To save you must first go to file and save a new window will come up. Then where it says overwrites select the coliison model you wish to overwrite. For instance i edited the boulder coll so i will overwrite the boulder coll! And for a new coll like long sword you choose the coll you wish to overwrite:) Then click save and wait about 45 seconds

for the final hmmm LOTS...
1.There will be a new preety UI
2.More avaliable collison tag editing
3.Instead of 45 sec saving there will be 30 or lower sec saving
4. By using a new face selection tools you will be able to Select the face then by clicking on a tab a new area will appear where you can assign the material impact BY FACE!!!! for istance u can have one part of a a hog whell have wood come out of it when u shoot it and the other side snow.
5. Decoy alaso gave me the idea of when i edit the collsion it edit mod2 also. But not by obj but by direct!!!!
6. Also the one part that im almost done with is creating NEW collsion models.For example the longsword. 1. Select creat new 2.Then go to to import obj then fnd the longsword model. 3. Save and bam u have a new collsion model . the only flaw is that to d make a new one u need to save it over an exsiting clollison model:(
