If you guys are sticking to standard XP I recommend downloading Microsoft's Royale theme, it's from Media Center Edition.

No 3p Software needed, straight install into Windows Themes by right clicking and going to properties.

Or, you can simply hex your uxtheme.dll file to allow non-official themes...

No 3rd party software, no resources, just Windows with new themes.
