I think you should change the hlmt of the weapons to the sentinal beam coz having a plasma pistol down there looks bad...

But, if he does change them, what happens if you are going one on one with someone? You can't tell what weapon he has, a rocket launcher or a needler. So, it would be hard to know what to do, run or attack.

right now, the weapons are just placeholders. The entire arsenal is going to be revamped, and its gonna be much better.

What are you gonna do about grenades since sentinels have boost linked the L trigger instead of nades?

Grenades? when things can fly anywhere grenades are hardly useful. Even stickies...They would require a lot more luck and skill...
But yeah a gun that shoots stickies is your best bet because frags are useless unless someone is hovering at ground level...But then they could easily just fly away...

Also. if you are going to do FP view for the thing, why not try and move the weapon marker (well it may be just the right hand marker) to more of a central position on the bottom of the screen?

It'd give the mod a new kind of feel and it wouldn't look cheap like having it on the right hand side...

he can always turn up the auto aim slightly so the grenade gun would be useful. i would only put one of those guns on the map though if it were up to me.

Lets see...
grenades are disabled
The new HUD interface has no grenade symbol
The grenade ITMC's are nulled
No weapon will be firing projectiles
All weapons will fire modified sentinel beams
If you are asking, "How the hell are rockets gonna work?" then look at the FRG for Hunters. I got a few ideas.
Weapons will be identified not by shape, but rather by color
There will be no way to tell what opponents have wielded. (Unless you have some super-high color vision)
So far, I don't believe 3p without Yelo is possible. Its in the halo 2 default.xbe.
And to my beta testers, sorry for such a long wait. The mod has been going terrible since the first beta. I've been trying to relieve stress from the mod by doing other things, and I just recently got back into it. If I am to have one in the near future, it would be on Ascension, with no BSP conversion.

I havent tested this extensivly but I might be able to hook you up with a 3rd person cam, I tested this with another cam like cutscene cam, but it should work on these.

its cool mabey diff color sentinel beam and mabey stronger nice bsp for the map?? right anyways it would work for spartans too like a mini warlock it would be chaotic haha nice work

the rocket will work u just have to have skill take the other sentinels by suprise then boom doulbe kill haha
