Also if you would like, i could make it so when you click a button(R,L,B, whatever), It will turn on/off the neon.

better yet have it toggle the headlights too, or even crazier toggle the radio and make a song come on xD

the only problem with it is that is uses a lsnd and that i know of we cant inject custom lsnds because noone has bothered with it.

Well.. You could always record the sound with a recorder then it would be like a mpeg, or Mp3, then it would be easier to convert.

He would need to convert a sound into the format that is used to inject into an lsnd, which apparently, no one knows how to do.

Not if you record it off the T.V Itself. Get Burnout, Hit "X" (or whatever it is) Record the nitro sounds to your PC using your TV Tuner card, or Mic ( bad quality)

And then convert it to a snd!.

you dont get it, they dont know how to convert it to a file type that you can inject.

You fucking crackhead, LISTEN: I'm not talking about getting the sound from Burnout, that is very possible, I'm talking about getting it into a suitable format for injection into Halo 2, and as previously stated, if you want to inject said Burnout sound into Halo 2, it would need to be injected into lsnd, which is, as previously stated, apparently impossible as of now. Learn to fucking read or GTFO/STFU.
