Also, Halo1/2 photography isn't that new, Halovre has been doing it for a while, and even myself, quite a while before Xbox7887's screen cap trainer (though I had used 7887's other older trainers).

That looks like a filter...not a touch up.

And the quality of that program is direct from the game's engine (correct me if I'm wrong), I'm pretty sure there's no better quality...unless you want antialiased pictures, but in my opinion, the un-antialiased ones look just fine.

As for photoshopped pics: Very minor adjustments are okay (slight brightness adjustments, piecing together, etc.) are fine, but if you can look at a pic and can tell it's been photoshopped, it's probably best posted in the graphics section.
