should've spent more time on it. no blood, and the backdrop absolutely blows. wtf is he looking up at? he should look down at the elite. no plasma nades dropped? put the energy sword in a different position so it's easily recognized. what's up with his left knee?

Just because he's dead, doesn't mean he has to be bloody. Yes, the background isn't great, but it was either reflect something simple, or nothing at all. Without the background the armor looked very weird.

What's wrong with it? It isn't bending backwards or anything, and I don't see anything wrong with the texture...

it would look better with blood, that's what i think. rework the background, it's killing the quality of your render, bigtime. usually when you kill an elite, he drops a couple of nades, so no, i'm not kidding. look at the left knee again. looks like some kind of vertice weighting problem, stretched verts or something like that. mb bad uv's. somehow, it's messed up.

next time, create a lighting scenario as well.
