Yeah swap the shader because the pillar really takes away from it, and the snow looks like sand.

omg!!!!! :mrgreen: I was taking consideration about what you guys said about the snow and i also am still trying to get rid of the glow of the pillar. It looks 100% better(besides the pillar). all this time i have been saying uberbitmap tool, i ment to say uberlite tool. sory

yeah, i nulled out the glowy bitmaps of the shader but it turned out all black. so, what should i do? better yet how do i make the black part of the pilar the same as the rest of teh pilar?

ok, i finally got it. it looks pretty good now. I have another problem. I have not injected the fuel rod cannon yet because i was afraid because of my last mod (http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=58143) had a fuel rod cannon and it had the wrong sounds. it sounded like it droped a battle riffle every time it shot. so is there a way to get the right sound of the cannon when i extract it from another map automaticly? also here is the updated pic:Image\
I just skined the jackel shield so tell me which one you like.(dont say "neither" because I am going to pick one. If you want to say neither then just give me a sugestion because i am not a bery good skinner.

alright and i have the same problem as him with the FRG..how do you get the sound to work? do you have to click sounds when saving it in entity?

I made it like that. the one you like looks a little blue because it is closer to blue base and the other one is right next to red base so it looks a little red.

ok the decision is declared. I am going to go against the votes in the poll and am going make a mod out of this. It will have active scenery, and many other extras. look out for this coming soon. Thank you everyone.

I have skinned all the covanent weapons, so should I skin the human weapons? that is the final question. :P

This mod seems to be coming along very nicely I would say keep going with it. The skinning part is good.

P.S. You should put 2 of those barrier thingy's from Relic near the human snipe. One where it is now and one that seems to stick to the top. That way it's more of a full effect barrier. But make it so you can shoot the actual barrier projecter so it will be gone if shot at.
